Description
If you’re after a high brightness widescreen projector for a meeting room, lecture theatre or house of worship, then look no further than the WL7200U from Mitsubishi Electric. Offering high brightness and contrast, a host of advanced image enhancing and control features, as well as an eco-conscious design that simplifies installation, the WL7200U delivers high-impact, big-screen visual performance.
High 5500 Lumens Brightness
The WL7200U is capable of displaying images at a high 5500 ANSI lumens. This level of brightness makes it ideal for use in large areas such as meeting rooms or lecture halls.
Inorganic LCD Panel
An inorganic LCD panel has been chosen for the WL7200U, which has an increased service life compared to conventional organic liquid-crystal panels.
Super Resolution Technology
This innovative processing algorithm has been designed in-house by Mitsubishi Electric. The technology analyses blurred components of low resolution images, then estimates how a high resolution version of the images would appear and corrects them for fine, detailed reproduction quality.
Original Image Image processed by Super Resolution
High Performance Extra-Low Dispersion Lens
The WL7200U is equipped with a lens system comprised of 17 lenses in 13 groups, including an extra-low dispersion (ED) lens. Compared to commonly used glass lenses, the ED lens delivers improved image sharpness all the way to the edge of the screen.
Automatic Self-Cleaning Filter
Utilising the same technology found in Mitsubishi Electric air-conditioners, the self-cleaning filter prevents dust build-up in the projector. It can be set so the filter rolls every 500, 750 or 1,000 hours, and can also be operated manually.
Lamp Life up to 4000 hours
Designed with optimum lamp temperature control, the lamp WL7200U has a lamp life of up to 4000 hours*. This greatly reduces the overall cost of ownership, as the projector will require fewer lamp changes over the long run.
Network connectivity for remote access and control
The WL7200U is equipped with an RJ45 Ethernet connection, providing an A/V manager with the ease and convenience of remote monitoring and management. When used with Crestron® software, integrated control of up to 250 projectors is possible. The WL7200U is also compatible with AMX Device Discovery and PJLink™ software.
Natural Colour Matrix
In addition to conventional red (R), green (G) and blue (B) colour gradations, the intermediate colours of yellow (Y), magenta (M) and cyan (C) can each be controlled independently.
Quiet 30dBA operation
With a low fan noise of just 30dBA in low lamp mode, the WL7200U gives your audience presentations free of any noise distraction from the projector.
Geometric Correction
The WL7200U includes several different methods for correcting image geometry. Keystone correction fixes trapezoidal distortion, Cornerstone correction fixes diagonal distortion and Curved Surface correction allows for images to be portrayed accurately on curved or round surfaces such as pillars.
Curved Projection
Variety of Optional Lenses with Bayonet Mount
Users can choose between four different lenses to use, with each lens covering a wide range of projection ratios. The WL7200U also comes with a bayonet mounting system, making exchange or replacement of the lens quick and easy.
